Follow the steps below
Close the Ninja Sage Launcher
Open Windows File Explorer
On the address bar, type %appdata% and hit enter.
Delete the "Ninja Sage Launcher" folder
Re-open the Ninja Sage Launcher and press check

Latest Launcher update:
If you have the latest version of Ninja Sage Launcher you'll see "Delete". The "Delete" button can be found at the bottom of the "Check" button in the latest version of Ninja Sage Launcher. This button allows for easy deletion of the launcher folder, similar to the tutorial mentioned earlier. Utilizing this feature can help resolve common errors associated with Ninja Sage Launcher.
